Important Notice
ETIQUETTE
To ensure a pleasant experience for all, we kindly request that visitors maintain a quiet atmosphere. Please refrain from bringing children to the spa, and be mindful of other guests’ privacy by speaking softly. We kindly ask that you switch off or set your cellular phones and electronic devices to silent mode.
MOMENTS OF TRANQUILITY
During each visit, guests are granted a 30-minute period of tranquility for relaxation and refreshments, excluding hand, foot, hair, and selected a la carte treatments.
CHECK-IN PROCEDURE
To ensure you receive your full treatment duration, we recommend arriving at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will result in a shortened treatment to accommodate other guests fairly.
VALUABLES
For your peace of mind, we advise against wearing jewelry while at the spa. Please note that the management and staff cannot be held responsible for any loss of money or valuables brought onto the spa premises.
SMOKING & ALCOHOL
Smoking and the consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited within the spa premises.
CANCELLATION POLICY
To allow us the opportunity to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a 24-hour cancellation notice, subject to space availability. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In the event of a “no-show,” the full fee will be charged.
REFUND POLICY
Please note that treatment packages are non-refundable. The unused portion of a package cannot be transferred or exchanged for another time.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Consuming food or beverages is not permitted within the spa premises.
